Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in Makassar Municipality in October 2024 was recorded at 57.50 percent, an increase of 0.99 points compared to the TPK in September 2024. When compared to the TPK in October 2023 of 58.05 percent, the TPK in October 2024 decreased by 0.55 points.

The average length of stay (RLMT) of star-rated hotels in October 2024 reached 1.69 days, an increase of 0.14 points compared to the RLMT in September 2024. When compared to the RLMT of star-rated hotels in October 2023 of 1.68 days, the RLMT in October 2024 increased by 0.01 points. Guests staying consisted of foreign and domestic guests. The average length of stay of foreign guests in October 2024 reached 2.37 days, while the average length of stay of domestic guests in October 2024 reached 1.68 days.
