Abstract

In the year of 2020, BPS presents the Data Needs Survey again. The results of this survey are presented in a publication book which contains analysis about consumer characteristics, services performances, anti-corruption deed, data need, and satisfaction of data quality. The analysis are provided in a Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index.
