Abstract

The publication on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Makassar Municipality 2017-2021 is a continuation of similar publication in previous years. This publication presents total GRDP for the 2015–2019 series in Makassar Municipality by Industry based on current market prices and 2010 constant market prices and also includes derived tables, such as growth rate, percentage of contribution from each industry's category, implicite index, and so on.The compilation of this GRDP by industry has followed international standard of System of National Account, therefore it is comparable with similar indicator other regencies/municipalities. Nevertheless we still face with constraines, technical and non technical. Serious efforts are still being done in terms of data collection and harmonization in order to obtain better results in future.
